Chelsea defeats QPR 1-0

In a match where midfielder Joe Cole returned from a long-term knee injury, Chelsea defeated Queens Park Rangers 1-0. It was Cole's night after being out for 8 months when he ruptured ligaments in his knee. In the 52nd minute, Cole did a nice spin on the ball and sent it through to Simon Kalou, who put it in off the post. This proved to be the only goal of the game. This secured Chelsea as the leader in the Premier League, and put them into the 4th round of the Carling Cup. Chelsea's next opponent is Wigan Athletic on Saturday. Drogba will undeniably score a goal in that match, because Didier Drogba is still underrated

John Terry to manage Chelsea?

John Terry recently announced his intent to be a mangager after his playing days are over, and he said he would love to be in charge of Chelsea. This is definitely an interesting thought, with one of the game's greatest all-time defenders moving into an unfamiliar role (manager) with the premier soccer team in the world. Now you might ask, how would this affect the team? Well one things for certain, Didier Drogba is going nowhere. Chelsea and the fans love Didier and Didier has said he is very happy playing here and doesn't want to go anywhere else. Maybe Terry would incorporate Anelka and Drogba more together on the field in a 2-striker set. Didier Drogba is most certainly underrated

Chelsea Remains Perfect

Today, Chelsea looked very impressive. Tottenham never had a chance, and the Blues cruised to a 3-0 victory. This means that Chelsea remains atop the Premier League, and they have started the season with 3 straight wins. There is no stopping the Blues. First, Ashley Cole receieved an early Christmas present when Drogba made an amazing move and crossed a ball square at his head, which happened to fly by the goalie. Michael Ballack managed to get one in as well. The 3rd goal came from the best soccer player in the world. Didier Drogba is unreal. He laced the 3rd goal in the 62nd minute, and sealed the deal and the win. There is a small problem though. I regret to inform you that Didier injured his calf in the 82nd minute. It is unclear right now if Drogba will miss significant time. His coach downplayed the injury, and said the team can "cope" and still play well without Drogba. What an ignorant statement. That's like saying the Cleveland Cavaliers can "cope" if they lost LeBron James to an injury. Didier Drogba is a unique and rare talent, capable of changing a game with one strike of his foot. Let's hope this is nothing serious, because Chelsea can't afford to lose this amazing talent for ANY period of time. Clearly, Didier Drogba is underrated

Dider Drogba - Legendary

This site is dedicated to all things Didier Drogba and Chelsea FC. I am a lifelong Chelsea fan and in my opinion Dider Drogba is by far the greatest footballer in the world. No one can finish like Drogba. He consistently makes impossible shots with ridiculous accuracy. Is there any better soccer player in the world? I submit that there is not. Drogba is Underrated
